In 2018, the largest developer Kortros announced the start of sales of apartments in the new Headliner housing complex. In order to increase sales channels and ensure a wide audience coverage, the «HeadlinerAR» mobile application was developed.

The application allows you to get acquainted with the housing complex, see how the erected buildings look like and how quarters that are still under construction will look like. On a detailed map, user can examine infrastructure objects. Having chosen the building of interest on the three-dimensional model of housing complex, you can study the floor plans of the building, find out which apartments are on sale and which have already been purchased.

User can view detailed information about the apartment he is interested in (area, floor, number of rooms, cost per square meter and much more). The application also allows you to order a call back; in this case, the sales department will call you back as soon as possible.

For those who just want to quickly select an apartment according to parameters, without studying three-dimensional models of buildings and layouts, a convenient filter search is offered. Application uses most recent data on the availability and value of real estate, maintaining communication with the remote server of the developer company.

If user has a special information booklet with a description of housing complex, then the application can be switched to augmented reality mode using booklet as marker.
